I’m still waiting for someone to say ‘niner’ on there..

Sometimes in the evening you get crazy skip from rigs way far away with power mics; usually it’s someone singing a country song..

Its not too bad, but its still high, property values are going nuts right now but there is a lot of new construction. Nice place though.
